​​The Word Hypnosis is derived from the Greek God of sleep – Hypnos. Hypnosis is a state where you are very relaxed, physically and mentally, while remaining aware of everything going on around you. Most importantly you will reject and suggestion that is uncomfortable to you. Hypnosis has helped many people when all other methods have failed.



I first became interested in Hypnosis through a week seminar at ARE Association Research and enlightenment in Virginia Beach, VA. I found hypnosis helpful in my own life and have since enjoyed helping people on their journey here in this universe. I enjoy seeing all of the beauty and I love National Parks, State Parks, Photography, Travel, Animals, and I am blessed with a wonderful husband who is my life partner and best friend.

About the National Guild of Hypnotists - The NGH was founded in 1951 and in the oldest and largest hypnosis organization of its kind.  Professional membership in the NGH signifies that an individual possesses specific qualifications, agrees to abide by a strict code of ethics, and will pursue continuing-education studies for annual re-certification.
