I will have an E-Version with working links throughout and will also be available to pick up in many locations in PA, WV, and MD. I am accepting Ads for issues. Deadline will be 15th of the month before the edition comes out. Ads are inexpensive and run between $25 and $95 and will go toward printing and distribution costs.
